Harvey T. Rimel American Legion Post 141 invites the Glenwood community to join us for a patriotic weekend of bingo, raffle prizes, music, fun, and fellowship as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday.
As a Veterans Service Organization, our mission is rooted in honoring service, supporting veterans and their families, and strengthening our community. This July, we are bringing that mission to life with community events at the Post, located at 104 N. Vine Street in Glenwood.
America 250 Bingo Bash
We will kick off the celebration on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. with our America 250 Bingo Bash.
This will be a patriotic community bingo night designed for friends, families, neighbors, and anyone who enjoys a fun night out. Guests will also have the chance to see a featured military “bot” donation from America’s Big Red One Combat Engineer Battalion, who served the 1st Engineer Battalion, 72nd Company from 2007–2008.
Raffle tickets are available now for purchase and during the event, giving guests one more opportunity to support the Post before Friday’s drawing.
America’s 250th Birthday Raffle Drawing
Our America’s 250th Birthday Raffle Drawing will take place on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets will be sold until drawing time and all winners will be added back into the drawing for more changes. The raffle supports American Legion Post 141 and helps us continue serving veterans, families, and the Glenwood community.
More prizes continue to be added, and every ticket has a chance to win. Guests do not need to be present to win, but we would love to have the community join us for the drawing and stay for the evening’s festivities. Red, White & Bingo on the Rocks
After the raffle drawing, the fun continues on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. with Red, White & Bingo on the Rocks.
This adult-themed patriotic party bingo night will bring a twist to traditional bingo with music, drinks, prizes, friends, and plenty of red, white, and blue energy. Guests can expect a lively atmosphere, fun rounds, and a great reason to gather at the Post for a summer night out.
Please drink responsibly. As always, the bar will check IDs for alcohol service.
