It’s easy to think of veteran service organizations (VSOs) in terms of posts, lodges, parades, “funny hats,” and where senior veterans gather. But, we encourage post-9/11 veterans to re-think VSOs like The American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. These organizations and their hired and volunteer professionals are fighting to get the best benefits and resources for our Nation’s veteran and military family community.
